| Hi
I know this has probably been asked a million times but my search facility is
not working...
Someone has accidentally posted negative feedback for me... they have said great
item etc but put it down as a complaint. They have contacted me to say it's
a mistake... how can they change it?

| Thank you for your help, all sorted. Knew it could be changed but couldn't
find where to help her. She managed to change it; just a genuine mistake.

Here's the link: https://www.bricklink.com/feedbackDel.asp
They simply choose "Feedback I posted" and input the order number 20134465, then
remove. Afterwards, they can leave a new feedback.
They've a couple of weeks, it looks like, to use this voluntary process.
It's happened to us before.
