For an order from UK (total less than 40 GBP), I have two options:

- Shipping option 1 that includes IOSS number: it costs more
- Shipping option 2 that does not include IOSS number: it costs less!

I am wondering if I ship without including IOSS number, how much buyer will need
to pay?
Only %20 of total

or

%20 of total + handling fees?

If it includes handling fees, how much are these fees in UK? (for normal courires
like Hemes or Royal mail)

Thanks

The buyer will be charged VAT (20% of the total value - that is, the cost of
the order plus the postage), and the handling fee. If you ship using the regular
postal service in your country, it will be handled by Royal Mail at this end,
and the last I looked the handling fee they levy is £8.

Also note that IOSS is for the European Union and the UK is not part of that
any more. Bricklink may charge VAT at the point of sale as that's what should
happen for orders up to GBP 135.
