| Hi all. How long do you wait until you haven't gotten the order and the
seller hasn't responded? It's been 2 1/2 weeks and I haven't gotten
the order and the seller didn't include a tracking number, so I have no idea
what the status is. I contacted the seller three days ago and the message hasn't
been looked at. Also messaged on the order with no results. Any suggestions?

1) If it is a domestic order then, yes, 2 1/2 weeks is too long. If it's
international, then waiting a couple more weeks is reasonable.
2) Do you know what shipping method was used? First class or Priority? Check
your Order Details page to see what shipping was chosen and if there is a tracking
number there.
3) Messages are marked unread if they are not viewed on BrickLink. Sellers can
still read their messages via email.
4) Check the seller's store pages to see if they might be on vacation or
something similar.
5) Send a message directly to their email if the BL messages don't seem to
be getting through.
Good luck,
Jen

Yes, domestic; same state! And it was mailed USPS First-Class Packages with
no tracking number and no vacation notice on his store. He lists it as shipped,
but haven't seen a thing or heard back at all. I'll wait until Tuesday
and then maybe open a complaint.

| USPS First-Class Package always has a tracking number. Seller should provide
the tracking number to you.

Most do, which I'm truly thankful for, but this time I didn't get one.
Still haven't heard anything and tomorrow is 3 weeks.
