| We received an IC order 12 days ago, the payment showing as pending.
We messaged the customer 3 times requesting that they contact paypal to resolve
with no response as of yet.
How long do we wait?
We can't file a NPB or a problem order ticket since it's showing as paid
even though the payment is pending.
Any ideas?

| I’m pretty sure that happens if the customer pays with e-check, for those always
wait till it clears your PayPal before you ship in case it bounces

Have you asked PayPal about the payment status? They might have a clear date,
if that passes you could try with the refund system.

Can you change the payment status to none with the edit order button?
Maybe you need to accept the payment manually on the Paypal website.
