I have already submitted 2 requests for the removal of an NSS via the correct
form, including proof of sending, but where the NSS was removed in the past,
I did not get any response this time.

On Sep 22 the NSS will be final.

What options do I have?
I ask for help, but I can't get in touch with Bricklink..

The NSS can't be completed if you've replied in the comment field of
the NSS with proof of shipment.
