| Hi. I do 3-d prints, mostly with Bionicle parts. I often use the Bricklink Studio's
'export .dae file' to get a base model I can customize, edit, and convert
to print. I've had multiple requests on reddit that I share my edited files,
and I wanted to confirm that it is within the guidelines set by the software's
licensing.
Can I edit and distribute models of parts exported from Bricklink Studio?
I couldn't find anything in the licensing that came with the software. (I
could have easily missed it.) Does anyone know who the authority I could talk
to is?

The dedicated studio forum is here:

Maybe there they can better answer your question.

IIUC, those are LEGO parts, not your own custom parts?
In that case:

The problem is not Studio. 99% of the 3D models for parts are from LDraw and
are Creative Commons Attribution 2.0.
The problem is the real parts are copyrighted, patented, and/or trademarked by
LEGO.
Making copies of LEGO parts without LEGO’s agreement is illegal. Even if the
parts are easily distinguishable from real LEGO parts.
The only parts you can make and distribute are those that you invented yourself…
and that are not ‘close enough’ to real parts to infrige on LEGO’s (or others’)
IP.
‘Close enough’ is determined by real lawyers¹ and eventually courts of law….
You can distribute Studio/LDraw model files but I think¹ 3D-printable versions
is over the line of what’s acceptable.
¹ I’m not a lawyer, I’m not talking for LEGO or BrickLink, I’m just a cat walking
on a keyboard.

Wow - with some luck you could write the complete works of William Shakespeare!
