Can anyone tell me why my account would be restricted from sending messages to
other stores/users? I've never had an issue till trying today and I get an
error message saying my account doesn't have permissions to send messages.

Or some other people on BL that you picked?

There's a cap. How many did you send before it stopped working?

I hadn't sent anything for at least several months. I've sent an most
2 messages this year as a whole.

I emailed the Help Desk, but haven't received a response yet. Maybe those
messages weren't received, based on the problem of not being able to send
messages. I reached out to axaday for help by email, so if you forwarded on

Released updates to improve spam filtering and reduce amount of unsolicited messages.

It may be due to the recent anti SPAM feature they implemented recentlty?

Until a help desk reply, I think there's a setting to receive your messages
by e-mail.

Then, when you receive one you can reply by e-mail and there's no problem.
Check if you've an e-mail copy? Activate this setting?
