yeah Heinz catsup is fine. Even their non-yellow mustard is probably pretty good
(can't say I've tried it). And their 57 sauce is excellent.

Problem is, they (and in general in many industrial food) put sugar or corn syrup
almost everywhere.
Sugar is a drug and makes damages.

Indeed, this whole mustard debacle has given me a greater appreciation for an
otherwise unassuming condiment. I would most likely never have tasted Maille
mustard had Sylvain not mentioned the mustard shortage in France one fateful
