| I know it probably isn’t it but just wanted to confirm that it’s an order and
not a quote (also not sure if paid status effects it?)

Is the payment status paid?

| Setting order status back to ready solved the problem.

There have just been plain text in English, so that should not be a problem.

You mention the Order Status, but did you check the payment status is at None?

You mention the Order Status, but did you check the payment status is at None?
