order number.

I would imagine time of day, day of week, time of year, etc. have greater influence
on the rate at which orders are placed.

Yes - I guess after approx midnight US it's already late in USA and night
or too early in Europe, so remains "only" the Eastern part of the time zones,
so only maybe 20 or 30% of ordering rate.

But for this milestone it'll be still be relatively early...
