Dear all, I just started with a few orders. I noticed that BL is collecting the
sales tax but the money goes to me instead of them holding and remitting for
me.

Am I missing anything? Please help. Really appreciate it.

You don’t get the money. On the PayPal or stripe payment page it will say
something like partner fee and that is the sales tax that bl takes

The tax is added as ‘Tax’ but is removed as ‘Partner fee’.

It never touches your account… or just enough for you to pay PayPal’s percentage
fees on it

Did the buyer pay directly through PayPal instead of the Bricklink onsite PayPal
option?

Thanks all. I found it.

Hello crazylegoman, yes. They paid through Paypal.
