| Received an order from BG, buyer wants as B2B-order, orders shows BG-VAT 20%.
How is this to handle with the OSS-system ?

Just remove the tick checkbox on the VAT column and the prices will be changed
to without VAT.

BL doesn’t collect VAT for intra-EU sales, only for imports, and only below €150.

Er, that question doesn’t really make sense to me 
Buyer needs to be in EU, seller is anywhere but EU (so UK and USA included but
everywhere else too).

BL collects:
— EU VAT from EU buyers when they buy from a non-EU seller below €150.
— UK VAT from UK buyers when they buy from a non-UK seller below £135 (except
buyers from Northern Ireland if seller is EU).
— the various US sales taxes from most US buyers (except in US states that don’t
have sales tax or don’t force BL to collect it) when they buy from anywhere,
including the USA, including their own state, without threshold.

even checked before posting). Another marketplace maybe?
Only info on next countries is about Canada and all the info we had can be summarized
as “soon.”

Also, there’s only one Venezuelian member on BL with a non-zero feedback score…
and their last one dates from 2017.
(Doesn’t mean no one in Venezuala bought on BL recently… but they didn’t get
feedback for it. (Or they got as many negatives as positives.))
Norway has a marketplace law (they made it quicker than EU), more than 6000 members,
and BL hasn’t deemed necessary to implement anything for them.
(South Africa too, IIRC.)

I wrote this to my todo list on July this year, but have no clue where it comes
from.
I guess I must have read somewhere that, like UK, VE was to enforce VAT
(IVA there) to be charged to buyers when ordering on Marketplaces...
But I can't find where I've found this, not on BL apparently - or maybe,
I simply dreamt?
