Please help. Trying to cancel order (agreed to by buyer/seller). It is in
PAID status.
When clicking "Request to cancel", it goes to Problem order and only give
me option to Send message to buyer.

Once an order in in Paid or Packed, you can't put it into pending, unless
there is something I am missing?

Once an order in in Paid or Packed, you can't put it into pending, unless
there is something I am missing?

Try it in the order edit window, that might work (right from the order number
is a small edit icon).

You can change it with my app if that doesn't work.

On the order page "Manage Refund".

If you do a refund, it doesn't effect the order status, and you still can't
cancel can you? Items would need to go back into stock.

With the edit order button you can change the payment status as none and the
order status to ready.
Use the refund link on the Order Details page or through PayPal website.
Then you can cancel the order in the Problem Center.
Follow the steps to cancel the order.
