Whenever I try to add a particular part to my inventory, my browser freezes.
I have cleared cache, cookies, history, restarted phone, and Uninstalled and
reinstalled chrome.

I just logged here with Chrome and was able to add this part to my shop.

Have you tried a different browser maybe?

I have not yet, I'll give it a try tonight when I'm home from work. Thank
you for trying, good to know it's a problom on my end at the very least.
