I issued a coupon for a specific value off the order but the buyer cannot seem
to find/use it. Are there are any common mistakes when issuing a coupon? It seemed
easy enough but maybe I've made an error somewhere.

The buyer can use it when checking out and finds it in the payment section. In
this section he/she has to scroll down and choose the coupon
