Hello,

I send set 6020 to a buyer. He claims I did not include the (expensive) minifigure.
I made a picture of the set before packing it and the minifigure is on the picture.

Is this a scam? What should I do?

Greetings, Astrid

You don't give much details...
Was the outside packaging with no defects?
Was it New, Used, complete, incomplete, delivered with box, sealed???

Is there an indication this buyer is not trustworthy? E.g. a recent buyer or
with a low feedback score?

Only you can answer that.

If you included the fig when mailed then someone is scamming.

Might be the buyer or it might be a postal worker.

Good luck.

I am leaning towards this being a scam, since the odds of a postal worker seeing
this package in particular, deciding that it contained valuable LEGO,
opening it, stealing just one Minifig (rather than the entire order), then resealing
and shipping the package are tremendously low.
