| Hi all,
I received a nss a few weeks ago, despite the fact that I had already refunded
the buyer for the missing parcel. I update the case but the alert is still open.
I have emailed the helpdesk a couple of times but have never received a response
or a ticket number.
I have followed the instructions but there is no option for me to close the dispute
or cancel the order. Please can anyone offer any advice?

We are suspended cause same situation, no any answer from support!

| I have the same issue.
I did send proof via the link you mentioned below a few days ago, but did not
get a ticket number or reply. Are you supposed to get a ticket number?

Yes I have done this twice now, and have not received a ticket on either occasion
