I have a very suspicious circumstance on my hands.

I had two orders come in yesterday, four hours apart. Buyers are from different
states. One has 0 rating, the other has 5 positive and 0 negative. The orders
are almost identical in the parts that they picked out (mostly technic). The
quantity is different. One order has 400pc the other 200, but they share 16 pieces.
This all seems like too much of a coincidence.

Curious how the forum thinks I should proceed. I'm only in my first month
of selling.
Thanks!

In the last few years I have had more than 10 orders similar to this one for
buyers in different countries.
Actually my curiosity is, what MOC are they building ?

Fill the orders. I can't imagine how this could be a problem.

Download the smaller order and upload it at rebrickable.

Very common, especially if you've selected in your settings to show your
store on Rebrickable

What does this mean and how do you do that?

Turns out this is for the Efferman Stand for the Millenium Falcon. Still such
a weird experience to start filling an order, thinking to yourself that you already
filled that order, then realizing it was too completely different transactions.

Thanks to everyone who chimed in and reassured me that these types of coincidences
exist.
