| Hi,
As the title says, I received no orders in the last 2 months. On average, I had
2 orders every month for the last year and a half.
I think I changed my shipping settings around that time, but I just tried ordering
from another account and everything seems to work.
Q: Do you also feel a decrease in orders since we're in vacation season,
or is there something not working right with my store?
Thank you for your time,

| 2 things:
First, I heard by a lot of people that summer is a slow time. Business should
pick up in fall.
Second, i would delete that second account fast. Bricklink will shut your store
down for having a second account.

| Thank you for the quick reply.
I'll delete my other account, but I want to know: what is the reasoning behind
not having another BL account with a different email? Is there documentation
that explains it?

I think it's OK to have another account for testing but you definitely can't
actually buy anything or sell anything under that account.

Yes, that’s my understanding too.
Also, what happened was a merge, not a deletion (tomato/tomato), but, lately,
the accounts are not even merged but the most recent one has its priviledges
removed.

Just two orders a month is small enough that dropping to zero per month is not
necessarily out of the normal.
Have you dome anything or changed any prices recently? You don't seem to
have added any stock for at least six months. It may just be that all the parts/minifigures
people want have been bought and what's left is not worth purchasing at the
prices you offer. The smaller the store becomes, the less attractive it is as
the in-demand bits have been bought. The remainder has to be reduced in price
to make it sell as the per order costs such as shipping may make other stores
with more stock more cost effective. Or you have to add more in-demand stock.

Without looking at your store/inventory and just puting that aside for the moment
I think you have to keep in mind that two orders per month is already quite sporadic
and irregular and by that I mean if your only receiving two orders a month it
stands to reason that some months you will receive no orders
By contrast if a seller receives an average of two order per day it stands to
reason that some days they will also receive no orders with perhaps double/trebble
the orders on other odd days and therefore in comparative terms it puts it all
into perspective
I guess what I'm saying is by assuming you should receive two orders every
month is almost the same as someone assuming they should receive 2 orders every
single day and yet the law of averages just doesn't work in that way
