Explain!
Can relate. Drove my teachers mental. Except we bonded over detentions, and later
in life it was lunch with my managers

| 3 were family members and 1 was my French teacher. I can’t remember every exact
detail but if I remember correct they were the type of teachers who act like
they owned the school and everything had to be their way. (For example I had
to go to the dentist 1 day and I got back during lunch break than my English
teacher (1 of the fired ones) forced me to first redo the lesson that I missed
and skip lunch instead of just giving extra homework or something like my
other teacher who I also missed their class did.) and overall none of the students
really liked them (it was a small private school) and I’m just using 1 example
but it was like that quite often. And 1 more example is the same teacher my English
teacher would always either mark the answer wrong or deduct points if you had
to underline an answer and you didn’t use a ruler... even if you drew the straightest
line in the world if you didn’t use a ruler than that’s lost points. I do kinda
feel a bit bad tho since that teacher died a year or so later from cancer and
was still on the younger side (I think younger than 40?) so I don’t know how
to feel... But since I kept bringing these issues up with the principle who was
overall a nice person I was told the next year when I said I wasn’t going back
that all those teachers (receptionist who was also a fill in teacher, English
teacher, French teacher, and another receptionist who was also an art teacher)
were “let go” and no longer working there.
Hopefully that’s enough context

Heaps You're a tremendously nice person. Wish I had the goodwill and patience
to be civil about things. At my high school, a math teacher would deduct points
for not showing work. We couldn't agree, so I decided to start doodling things
above the answers. She gave me an "F" in response, so I filled an entire test
with comics. Then she invited me to the math club, and I declined! Another time,
our gym teacher made us do laps until we stopped talking, letting us go one-by-one,
and I vaguely remember shouting or singing while running alone until he gave
up. Who wouldn't want a student like that?

If I could add to the conversation, this piece wasn't as far as I know ever
made in light bluish gray - it was phased out as the light gray color was phased
out.

It did appear in white in 2004 in a set along with parts in light bluish gray
but a light gray variant like the one OP posted hasn't been seen since the
1970s. It's interesting in my opinion.

Difficult to believe I'm that old, but you're correct. There are still
a lot of them around though.

That’s because the background is pink (skin) and the colour balance is off.

Can you add some other bricks with similar (and known to you) colors (sand green
as M_R wrote, LGB...) and make more photos?

It’s Light Gray. No doubt about it. It’s just because the background is pink
(skin) and the colour balance is off.
