Would it be possible to integrate the official LEGO Pick-A-Brick piece prices
be listed in the information for those parts available? Maybe one day could be
purchased through them as well?

They could certainly use a better selection and cart system like BrickLink has!

You cannot buy them through bricklink, so no.

You can export your wishlists as XML files and use them to compare prices with
LEGO Pick-A-Brick. There is a browser extension called BrickHunter which does
exactly this, afaik.
