| On an order from the UK I get this message:
"An order receipt, along with your customs invoice, should be included on your
parcel for efficient processing at the customs office. To view and print the
receipt, click on the “Download receipt” link below."
Unfortunately such a link is nowhere to be found on the order, where can I find
it?
I used to sell all over the world, but with things like this it's no fun
anymore.
I removed the UK from the 'countries I ship to' list.

Was the order above £135?
Because, in that case, BL doesn’t collect UK VAT and there’s no receipt. The
buyer will pay VAT at reception, like in the olden times.

You can put a £135 limit on orders from UK and you won’t have problems with the
new rules

Confusing. VAT was already collected by BrickLink.

Was the order above £135?
Because, in that case, BL doesn’t collect UK VAT and there’s no receipt. The

No, no, the link should be there when BL collects VAT. It’s to prove to UK customs
that the VAT was already paid.
Oh, is your buyer in Nothern Ireland? Because NI is special and is still in
the EU VAT zone.

No, no, the link should be there when BL collects VAT. It’s to prove to UK customs
that the VAT was already paid.

it only appears after the order is Paid with PayPal Onsite or Stripe Onsite.
If the so you can try changing the order ID in this link and see what you get.

Yeah, I think that's the problem, he didn't pay onsite.
He paid directly on PayPal.

Yeah, I think that's the problem, he didn't pay onsite.
He paid directly on PayPal.

Then you would need to refund the payment and tell the buyer to pay using the
button on Bricklink
