| In order to avoid issues with empty boxes we want to set up package restrictions.
One of the shipping methods we use has a maximum of 90cm for all three dimensions
added together.
If we set up a package restriction for total dimension for 90cm will does it
work on each single item on its own or will it add the dimensions of each item
to the package?
I'm assuming that it will do each item on its own but want to avoid it restricting
someone from using instant checkout on a bunch of 2x4 bricks because the total
dimensions of their 3000 bricks is more than 90cm...
Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I think that it adds each item dimensions, but not in a line, it creates a volumetric
cube.
90 cm total dimensions I think would be around 4212 bricks, but someone can do
the math better for sure.

So, anyone know if there is a way to basically tell it 'if any item has dimensions
that when added together are greater than X, disallow instant checkout'?

Another restriction might be: the longest dimension cannot exceed 60 cm (2 ft).

| I'm not going to pretend I used a lot of brain power to understand the message
as the packing dimension things always give me a headache so if this doesn't
help I'm sorry but cant you also add a weight limit if I remember correctly
so that it wouldn't let that many bricks go through
