ideas? Is it even LEGO? I know it isn't the first time I've run across

Not sure if LEGO, but seen it before too. LEGO has the only complete database
for Design IDs, probably, but I wouldn't bother a rep about it.

Be helpful to know if the "02-08" mark is a factory machine ID or a release date,
and make it easier to narrow down Nemo's anemone

Not sure if LEGO, but seen it before too. LEGO has the only complete database
