You can't, as catalog items don't have a single price, so sorting the
catalog by price does not make sense.

What you can do is sort the items for sale by price.

And what you can do is do an 'All Items' search on the top search box,
with a rather generic search term like 'Brick' and then you can sort
by the average price as presented on this page: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/search.page?q=brick+2x4&st=2&tab=A

You can also do some nice searches using advanced search. So for example, if
you wanted to look at all minifigures in the pirates theme for sale by UK sellers
ranked by price, you can do it:
