Enabling offsite payment methods (like bank transfer or IBAN) should be avaialbe
(after meeting mentioned criteria, like 3 months, 10 positive feedbakcs etc.)
without the need of contating support team.

I've raised a ticked [0FC-2A3E4D02-0017] about a week ago and so far there
is no feedback. I reviewed similiar cases here on forum and it seems like normal
time of actioning or responing is 3-5 weeks. I had the same awaiting time for
'New Seller Verification' process some time ago and... man this is frustrating
:/

I'm experiencing the same problem now. I have been a seller for 3 months
since June 14 and have over 50 positive feedbacks. I immediately made a request
to the helpdesk and even repeated it after a week, but I haven't heard anything
from the helpdesk since. I didn't even have an acknowledgment of receipt.
Strange because, when I was a seller for a month, I also made a request and then
received a confirmation of receipt within 2 days and a few days later received
a rejection with the statement to make a request again after 3 months. I have
the feeling that it is now being deliberately delayed to be tied to Paypal as
long as possible so that Paypal can continue to earn extra. It costs me unnecessary
extra money. All I can do now is sending emails to the helpdesk every day, until
they respond. Or create an NRH (Non Responding Helpdesk)!!!!!!

Look on this website: https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/ (you’ll have to register,
same e-mail & username to have the account linked to your BL account).

You’ll see your tickets.

If there’s no ticket, then there was a problem with your filing.  Otherwise,
there may be a response there.

Anyway, you can follow & answer to your tickets there.

Yeah, sure, because BL is owned by PayPal / gets kickbacks from PayPal.

Thank you Sylvain for the helpdesk link. I didn't know this website. I've
asked at least twice before (months ago and more recently !) for the same question
but never had any reply...
