Greetings
I have a problem with an order
recently some orders arrive and it is not possible to send the invoice continues
to give a page error
I told the customer to cancel the order
the customer instead of canceling opened an NSS
there is someone you can contact to get help
considering that the main problem was the sending of the invoice?

Just fyi, sellers have the ability to cancel orders - they don't need the
buyer in order to do that.

If you never sent an invoice, the buyer did not pay. If you can respond to the
NSS then mention that.

Just fyi, sellers have the ability to cancel orders - they don't need the
buyer in order to do that.

If you never sent an invoice, the buyer did not pay. If you can respond to the
NSS then mention that.

I cannot cancel the order when an Nss is opened, we as a seller are no longer
able to do so

That’s why peregrinator said:
1. “fyi” (= For Your Information) = next time, cancel yourself (if buyer agrees
of course),
2. “respond to the NSS.”  Now it’s an NSS, you have to wait for an admin to look
at it.  So answer the NSS.

Then, after Admin help, you can change order to PENDING and NOT PAID
Then you Cancel Order.
