Hey All,

I have an international order that came through recently. Bricklink did not
automatically invoice the customer because the item ordered did not have a catalog
weight and dimension. I went to try and add the shipping costs and invoice the
customer but I am being prohibited from doing so. When I hover over the shipping
costs on the order in the "Received Order" screen it get the pop up "You cannot
change prices after an order has been paid for". The order has NOT been paid
for. The order is currently in "Pending" status. I tried changing the status
to "processing" or "ready" but I am still prohibited from entering a shipping
cost.

Can anyone provide some guidance?

With the edit order button you can change the payment status as none and the
order status to ready.

Thanks Brickwilbo,

When I go into edit order the "Payment Status" says paid and does not allow me
to change it.
Am I doing something wrong?
