hello, can u please help me with the order? i know u can ignore my question,
but i really dont know what to do. so, there is a situation - i ordered some
goods from a seller which have over 1000 praises, and status of the order is
"packed" havent changed from the 7th of may. seller told me he dropped my order
and promised to give a tracking number, but he didnt do that and my messages
take him 2 days to read. how should i do with that? report a problem or what?
i tired about it u know. status havent changed from 7th of may but seller said
it dropped.

Was it an international order? Could be problems with delivery. I'd advise
patience until at least a month had passed. If you still haven't received
it by that time, you could start an NSS (and if you paid by PayPal, a PayPal
claim).

which way would be better? seller dont answer me (nor bricklink neither gmail).
he sent me information showed that my order was dropped, but why order status
still on "packed" - its annoying a little. if status was changed i wouldnt worry

The status not automated, the seller has to change the status. If they say they
have shipped it, then I'd tend to believe them if they are a 1000+ feedback
seller. Them marking it as shipped is not really any different to them telling
you it is shipped, as they do both manually.

If on the store terms they don't specify a lengthy dispatch time then you
have given them more than enough time to deal with the order so its time to file
a non shipping seller. Go to the order itself, when in the order top right report
problem and you should have the option on the left for non shipping seller.

From may of 7th is a long time but if its international might be the reason try
and reach out to them in msg. Email etc.
