Hello
I made an order in Loonbricks shop.
I paid via bank transfer as it was a possibility he gave me in the mail of the
order.
It has been a month and he has not shipped the order yet. He does not respond
to mails but his shop seems to be still active. Can I contact an admin to "force"
him to respond ?

I'm not sure contacting an admin would do anything at this point. If the
NSS is completed then that would be a strike against the seller, and if 3 are
completed, then the store will be suspended.

I don't know if there's a way with IBAN to try and get your money back.

* and the amount of this transaction not shipped...

... then maybe it's time for an "Administrative reason" temporary closure
to make the seller reply, at least?
