| question,
experienced sellers what is your policy on this scenario?
a new buyer placed and order and paid with pay pal,, all good so far, now buyer
placed a second order and wants to cancel the paid order.
so the pay pal fees from the first order and non refundable to me. how do you
deal with this situation?
this is a small amount transaction, but were it a large transaction, it could
mean taking a loss on any profit,
thanks for sharing your experience,

Yeah, usually I just take the loss in this situation. You could also refund the
buyer the cost of the order minus the PayPal fee (and whatever other costs may
be associated with placing an order) if they are okay with that.

Has the buyer paid for the 2nd order? If not, you could cancel the first and
apply what the buyer paid on the first as a credit toward the 2nd.
