| Hello,
I would like to inform you that the Order item removal request doesn't work.
I sent this error to BL support, but no reaction and no bug repair.
Please see the picture what happen when I try to make order item removal request.

If it's paid, did you changed the payment status back from paid to none?

If it's paid, did you changed the payment status back from paid to none?

Thank you very much. The order status was "packed". I changed the status back
to "ready" and now everything works fine
