USPS filed with the Postal Regulatory Commission on 6 April for the new July
/ mid-year increases. The document is long (221 pages),

A few things I’ve found thus far, First Class letters (1-ounce) will be moving
from $0.58 to $0.60.

Postcards will be increasing from $0.40 to $0.44.

The overall increase for packages in Package Services is calculated at 7.5%.
More fine details as I find them.

Remember, there was no January rate increase in 2022. Beginning with July, USPS
is moving to a July and January rate review adjustment cycle.

If anyone else wants to dig thru this, it is on docket R2022-1, filing ID 121358.

They increased the rates in January. they had a "temporary holiday" rate increase
in like October. Then after Christmas they got rid of the increase. Then in January
they permanently increased the rates.
