Store: Arizona Brick Shoppe
I have an order that was placed in my store and payed via PayPal instant checkout.
Bricklink shows that the order was paid and ready to ship, however there is no
record of the payment in PayPal. I contacted PayPal and they verified that the
transaction is not there.

I am wondering if anyone knows what the issue may be in this case?
My store and settings are well established and I have never had this issue before.
The buyers account is brand new (0 feedback). The total order was very small
(under $10)

With the edit order button you can change the payment status as none and the
order status to ready, add shipping and send the invoice.
You might need to separate the payment column and the order status column in
the settings.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried to do that and the system says that I cannot
change the payment status unless I issued them a refund first. Bricklink thinks
its been paid.
