| Help! We got a brand new Lego Dimensions set for my kid and teh Batmobile won't
work.
Lego suggested we needed a new toy tag for the Batmobile.
Can you sell us one?

Since something is not working, it might be the toy tag with the electronics,
which is this one:

Did you go through the process of doing the things in game for it? You have to
do that, you can't juts set it on the stand and have it work instantly
