| They may have some mental health issues, however I feel sellers should be made
aware in case they cross your path.
Background :- buyer places +/- $11 order in my store. Which they acknowledge
was delivered.
Almost two weeks later they claim I sent an incorrect part, a right hand wedge
plate instead of a left hand part.
I always correct orders promptly and send the correct part if I make a mistake.
Before this instance I will do so even if I suspect they are “scamming” me (ie.
they didn’t order the correct quantity, and claim I sent too few).
In this instance the claim of me sending a right hand part wasn’t possible, as
it hadn’t been in my inventory for six months (BO has complete history of every
part), also the quantity remaining of left hand part was correct (it would have
been +1)
Therefore I know with 100% certainty I sent the correct part. I called them out
on this and asked them to check other orders they may have placed.
This buyer went off the rails, within minutes filing NSS, negative feedback and
a chargeback also sending me many obnoxious emails (unfortunately directly rather
than through the BL message system)
I immediately refunded the order in full.
But it hasn’t stopped there they seem hell bent on “trashing me” by posting derogatory
information in public forums, and allegedly contacting my past customers (using
information from BrickLink to contact them - illicitly).
I have now blocked them both here and set email to auto delete any more messages.
Rather than post their user name, it’s easy to find - being the only negative
feedback i’ve ever received!
They maybe underage, the emails are rather childish.
… I guess 13 years without a negative is pretty good! and this one is definitely
undeserved!

Are you absolutely sure? There is a chance that you accidentally listed a right
hand as a left hand. We've unfortunately done that several times.
In any case, thanks for warning about the buyer. Completely unacceptable behavior,
especially since you went above and beyond to refund him in full.

On the other hand... (ha ha) the (IMO) proper and easier way to fix the problem
would've been to refund the said 20 cents (maybe) and that's it.
Now it's become a mess where no one knows who's right

OP stated that they refunded the ENTIRE order, and still this behavior on the
part of the Buyer.

Refunded but after having discussed the problem and let the buyer open
dispute whatever and NSS?

Regardless of whether the OP's original actions were right or wrong, the
buyer had no reason to act in such a manner, especially after he was refunded
in full.

| No chance to discuss. I don't know if they had other orders placed with other
stores. Just went straight to "ballistic" !

The customer is always right. Based on the buyer's other public comments,
yeah right.
Sorry that you're in this situation, Graham. I would just ignore the drama
and let your past reputation speak for itself.

Sorry to say, but that sounds VERY strange to me you can't make a mistake.
There could be errors in sorting, counting, picking, whatever.
I do some, like every day, and I've simply no clue to tell it's
"really me" or not.

You don't understand what I'm saying. You find a dark blue right wedge
plate, and accidentally list it as left. So in all your data online, it shows
as a left, but in physical form it's a right.
When we have hundreds of left and rights, and even after laying them all out,
we still get some in the wrong listing; which is why we always keep an extra
or two.

a psychotic break?
