Am i crazy or is the tip of this windscreen had to be trimmed in order to fit
??

I guess it's possible because apparently the creator of this MOC is used
to doing unorthodox stuff as we can clearly see that he is using a non-LEGO part
on the second photo (the cone)
... unless there IS a windscreen of this exact shape ?

Can you maybe post some more blurry pictures?

Looks like it could be

Part No: 92279  Name: Windscreen 6 x 4 x 2 Round with Bar Handle
*
92279 Windscreen 6 x 4 x 2 Round with Bar Handle
Parts: Windscreen {Trans-Brown (Old Trans-Black)}
Maybe the bar is cut off or jammed into
cone on the nose?

If the cone is like

Part No: 272  Name: Cone 4 x 4 x 3
*
272 Cone 4 x 4 x 3
Parts: Cone
(which seems to only exist in white), the inside
is different from other cones and there might be room for the handle.

It's an idea too I'll have to test

Yes, i guess it must be easier to cut off the bar instead of the tip of the other
similar windscreen (30384)

This year's Lego City Space sets came with a new windshield piece that has
a flat front:

Part No: 92832  Name: Windscreen 7 x 6 x 2 2/3 Canopy
*
92832 Windscreen 7 x 6 x 2 2/3 Canopy
Parts: Windscreen {Trans-Light Blue}
But the slopped part looks longer in the picture...

That’s because the new part is 6-stud-wide, while the MOC is only 4

Given the fact the nose cone doesn't look LEGO either, I'd assume it's
not. Also since there was your other post, I'd believe the designer used
a lot of non-LEGO

Yes, i know for a fact now that the designer used a lot of non-LEGO.
I guess i will have to try to achieve a result as similar as possible, using
real LEGO parts
