Unfortunately your terms aren't quite true.
| | Coupleoldbricks is not responsible for any shipping damages, lost or stolen. It is Buyer's responsibilty to purchase insurance for protection. For orders over $60.00 USD, Buyer is required to purchase insurance.

You are solely responsible for the delivery of your product in the proper condition.
Insurance is for the Seller and while it is possible for this to be paid or
purchased by the buyer, is not for their protection, but yours. If the shipment
is lost or stolen, it is 100% your responsibility to refund or reship the order.

This is not correct. According to BL rules, the buy has the right to cancel.

This seems a little wrong. If you have the right to cancel, but the buyer doesn't?
Keep in mind that if you are going to ship internationally, there are different
rules for different countries that allow for cancellation and such. You are
using Paypal as well, so all of their rules and regulations trump you right out
of the gate. Just something to think about. Good luck with your store.
