Hi and welcome.
What you’re describing is a bit confusing. And I don’t remember seeing a “purchase”
button anywhere.
How are you buying? There’s different ways to fill carts here. Knowing what
you did will prevent further confusion
Are you in a shop? Or are trying to buy from the catalogue, from the parts’
pages, from the set’s inventory?

One of the things that confuses new buyers from other websites (e.g., Amazon.com)
is that there is no "one-click" checkout here. When you buy parts, sets, minifigs,
etc. on BrickLink, you are not buying from LEGO BrickLink, Inc. itself. You are
buying from individual, third-party resellers generally not affiliated with the
LEGO Group. So, you must check out from each store individually.
However, when you order from a store, all of the items in your cart are added
to the order. You do not have to order parts one at a time. That would be tedious.

Kind of sounds like they are trying to use the BUY ALL from a wanted list and
that is a horrible thing for a newcomer to learn how to do.

Well, to be fair, it's a lot better than what came before. Wanted List mass
upload from XML, go to the store page, click on Items on my Wanted List, auto-fill
min, read store terms, check out, update wanted list by hand, rinse and repeat.
Hours wasted on BrickLink just trying to buy parts for a simple MOC. The new
system takes only a few minutes once you get the hang of it. Amazon-like system
would be even easier but it would require some degree of cooperation between
sellers and BrickLink itself.

I’m with wildchicken13 on the easiness, and it’s not the fault of Buy All: “1
part at a time” is only valid if there’s a quantity of 1 in the WL, so that’s
the WL that’s a problem, not Buy All
And I still don’t see “purchase” anywhere: it’s “creat carts” and always “checkout.”

Thank you I for the reply. That what I was curious about, if i had to buy from
each seller individually. Never used the site before trying it out!
