I am not sure; on the order page I click on the invoice icon, add my completed
template with prices and then send that via BL in the form of email (is that
what you mean by updating?). Sounds like I am missing a step in there or something...

| Just don't send your email. You accept PayPal onsite, so have them use it.
A pay button will appear on their order details once invoiced (or marked ready,
not sure which).

I was not, and now I see that you can edit that before the buyer has paid; thanks
so much!

| Hey all!
I have recently had a few larger orders placed where a buyer will send the order/wait
for shipping cost and once the order is packed and ready to ship, I send invoice
with shipping cost included and requesting payment. Each time I have had to contact
the buyer after they only pay the cost of goods without the shipping, so I thought
they might not be getting the invoice although I have a copy sent to myself to
see if they also received it. So I started copying my message and attaching it
to the order as well, and I am still having to contact the buyer a second time
and now I know that they have visibility of the message.
My question is does anyone else have this happen 100% of the time as I am? If
it was not for the fact it has happened every time I would think maybe it was
the buyer not reading the message, but now I am not so sure that this is the
case. Is there a better way to make sure that your buyer is receiving the emailed
invoice/message and they are seeing everything I am? I do not have any issue
having to contact buyers when necessary, but it seems off enough that I now feel
like I am doing something incorrectly and I do not want to have to get in touch
every time to get paid. Any and all feedback is appreciated!

Below is my template that I send with the invoice and again a second time within
the order.
