| How do you find a member on BL by their email address? Is there a way?

While not trying to be pedantic, an email address (RFC 822) may not be unique.
Some providers recognize different flavors of the same email address when the
plus sign is used (e.g. Stripe).
As a practical example, Stripe differentiates between foo+123@bar.com and foo+456@bar.com,
while the email host for foo@bar.com might not see them as different, and display
them all in the same window. At one point, I had three different Stripe accounts,
all hosted by the same gmail address. Something to keep in mind.

You could try using your email -- if it is someone you have done business
with and you have access to old emails, do a search for that email address.
Then, the old email will reveal the name and address, etc, from old BrickLink
emails.
Another option for someone you have done business with is to search for the email
address using your payment processor website (Paypal, Stripe, etc) to reveal
more info.

This is the simplest way for anyone you have transacted with. They shouldn't
be linking usernames with email addresses in public searches, same with mailing
addresses and other personal details.
