| Well, this is a new one. Has anyone run into this before?
I have an international sale pending shipping (Jiaxing, 314500, China), but when
I tried to price it out with DHL I received the attached message. I've shipped
5 or 6 orders to China in the past couple of years, but I've never seen this
message before.
When I try pricing it out using FedEx and UPS I'm not getting any messages
about import restrictions.
Advice?

Could it because of the lockdown in parts of China?

That was my initial thought. Since I've no way of knowing how long those
lock downs last I'm thinking the best bet is to simply cancel the order and
suspend all China shipments for now. Its a really small # of orders so it won't
hurt my bottom line, but I hate to restrict sales in any way.

Contact the buyer and ask.
