I think its better to just change gen139 torso assembly to 973px126newc01 and
move the image for gen139a to gen139.
This minifigur is only in one set and only 10 lots (QTY of 13) for sale right
now.
And change the name to: Surfer, Red Legs, Tan Hair (Reissue torso)

But i leave it to the Cat.Admin to do it the easiest way for them.
