I applied to become a seller because they have said I have another account, which
I don't. My boyfriend however does. I have emailed and messaged admin team
to see what we can do and I don't seem able to get a response from anyone.
And now all emails I sent and received have literally vanished from my email
account.
What am I doing wrong.

to your submission.

I only have one store.... that's the point I'm trying to make. My boyfriend
has an account that he used to buy some bits....but that's not my account.
Main thing I want is a response to my messages to admin.

I own this store. This is my ONLY account. But they've denied me verification to sell stating that I have a different account....I dont. Dormouse75 is my only account. But as I said, I seem unable to actually get any response from any admin to my original emails to them about this.

All of this is true, but it sounds like the OP was denied seller approval because
of having another account (which actually belongs to her boyfriend, perhaps has
the same address?).

I don't see how BL emails could have vanished from the OP's email account
however.

I don't see how BL emails could have vanished from the OP's email account
however.

It's allowed to have separate accounts for individuals on the same address.
Messages don't suddenly disappear.
Perhaps the missing emails and messages are in her other account or in the boyfriends
account.
