Looks like an old LEGO logo.

I had such "wavy" parts as well. Sorted them out of course.
Maybe some heat damage?

It's genuine Lego. The Brick is from the erly 60's. I have tons of them.

It's old, might even be cellulose acetate instead of ABS - in fact CA stays
shiny a lot longer than ABS, could be why its age doesn't show.

You can tell it's old merely by the older logo - I doubt a modern fake would
use that.

Non, comme les autres ont pu le dire, la pièce est bien d'origine, en plastique
Acétate de Cellulose qui est connu pour se déformer avec le temps. Elles ont
été produites jusqu'en 1962-1963. Donc pas d'inquiétude, et ça intéresse
certains collectionneurs qui restaurent d'anciens sets. Cela peut valoir
le coup de les lister mais sur un lot différent des autres briques pour ne pas
confondre.
