| Any chance on improving the interface when it comes to coupons? Not only are
there regular forum questions on how to use them, I miss using them all the time
because of how the dropdown is not visible without me scrolling down on the Payment
page (and why would I even scroll down on that page?).
Why not streamline it like on Amazon? Make it automatic, but visible in the
checkout calculation on the right-hand side so that if you *don't* want to
use the coupon for whatever reason, it will be obvious that one is being applied.

Make it CLEAR, BIG and AUTOMATIC, yes.
80% of my Coupons simply expire.
I personnaly lost 100€ or more in Coupons from others I never used for this reason.
It's stupid coupons are at the last page, small, and inactive by default.
It should be on top right:
Items: 100€
Shipping: 5€
Coupon: -2€
Total: 103€
There should be a way to change this, or pick another coupon of course.
But activated by default, clearly, bold!
