I ordered about £20 worth of parts over a month ago and the item never arrived
(and was not sent tracked so there is no tracking info). I've messaged the
seller a few times and received only one response so far (to my first message,
with the seller saying they had sent the package and it should be with me shortly).
It was posted over a month ago so I don't think it's going to arrive.

What's the best way to ask for a refund? Do I contact the seller to ask for
it or does Bricklink have a system for requesting a refund? (Like eBay with
the "item not received" option).

So far I haven't officially asked for any money, although the seller does
know it hasn't arrived as I've messaged them 3 or 4 times now. Just wondering
the best way to start the conversation with them.

Thanks in advance

Message them via bricklink saying it has still not arrived. Whe were the three
ir four nessages sent, as it sounds like you might have already started the conversation.

$0.02 here, if it was International shipment, you could be in for a two, three
or more month wait.
