The latter. I believe that sellers are allowed to create a second account in
order to test the checkout process (which is working fine for me, by the way)
but are not allowed to actually place an order in their own store since that
could be used to game the feedback system. Maybe someday we will have the ability
to test the entire ordering process from start to finish but for now we must
simply hope and pray that our macro tags have been set correctly.
