it mandatory to announce any (potential) privacy breach.

I use it a fair bit, mainly for navigation. I tend not to use bookmarks in a
browser (too many clicks to one side necessary) whereas I type br and autocomplete
puts in bricklink.com so I do that the use the navigation panel at the top.
One strange thing about that warnign message is that it is a clickable link.
You click on it and it takes you to .... the front page. A message on the front
page taking you to the front page. How useful.

Yes, from your tests and what Tanja just said, it seems BL disconnected from
the partner that calculates the VATs (UK or EU) BL has to collect.
If the partner has been pwned, it’s dangerous to give them more private data.

BTW - while we were talking, just received an order from USA, AZ - worked fine,
including with AZ tax (sorry for him).
So it works from outside EU to EU apparently.

Currently people in the UK can't buy from outside the UK and people in the
EU can't buy from outside the EU.
Everything else should be fine.
