Store: Blacktown Bricks & pieces
I have a regular customer who places about 4 orders a month. Which represents
less than 1% of sales value. Yet they constantly complain and take up a lot of
my time resolving small issues even when refunds are given. I have done everything
I can to accommodate them and they still complain
How can I ban them from my store?
